Prenatal Class with The Mama Coach

I want to support you through your pregnancy and provide you with the education you need to feel less anxious, and more excited. Carolyn is an experienced RN (11+ years), former NICU nurse, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist.

Classes will be:
May 4, 7- 9 pm
May 11, 7-9 pm

Classes are split into two sessions, for a total of 4 hours of instruction. During these virtual sessions I will cover:

Managing the third trimester
Signs of early labour and when to go to the hospital
Medication-Free Ways to Manage Your Pain
Labour Positions
How to manage your pain in labour
How your partner can help you in early and active labour
Vaginal births - including assisted births
Cesarean sections
Postpartum - What happens after birth
Infant care - immediately after birth
COVID-19 Specific information

Included: Pre and Postnatal Guide, and weekly email support until your baby is born.

Price: $119 plus HST per couple
